A little boy went to a scary house out of town and the boy ask the creature in the house how the Lorax got taken away.
I felt scared when I saw the scary house out of town.

It was a calming and also a sad story. I liked the movie and so when we read the book, I kept remembering the songs.

I have had this book since I was little and my dad read it to me every night. I like it very much.

It’s a great story and the moral is about the dangers of destroying our environment. It’s sad, but it’s also exciting and there are made up animals like Brown Bar-ba-loots and they are funny. But it’s sad when they have to leave. Show more Show less

A very important message of don’t chop down all our trees, we need to take better care of our environment. I liked this book just as much as the movie.

One of my all time favourite books by Dr. Seuss is the Lorax. The book is full so so many important and positive lessons that we can think about and take action upon in our everyday lives. I feel one of the bigger lessons to focus on ( which is a big focus in not only the book but the movie also) is to learn from past mistakes, both adults and children can take a page out of this. This very important lesson teaches us to think about what e could do better next time or how could we have handled a situation differently. Another great lesson to come from The Lorax is its message about being an advocate, speak for the things that can't speak for themselves, such as our beautiful planet for example. We need to stand together and take care of planet and speak up for it, it can't tell us that itself. Earth all in all is a wonderful place and we all need to be advocates for it, raise it, speak for it, and care for it as one. Further Expanding its a small word but an important and powerful one "UNLESS"
as the Lorax states "UNLESSsomeone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It's not." So powerful and its true a reminder that I can make a difference. One person, one child, one family is capable of so much, and our world can be a better place – because of you, me and your kids! There are so many great, powerful and important lessons to be learned from this story whether the book or film, watch it, read it, pay attention, listen and discover then DO SOMETHING, we're all in this together. Interesting book he loved it

This book gave all kinds of feels to me, who read it, and Kaisan who listened. We loved all the fun new words and the important message delivered in such a beautiful captivating story.

Fantastic read for young readers

The book was very informative by reminding the reader that trees are important for everyone and you should not chop them down, except for special reasons like making paper. The words were small in the book and very hard. Enjoyed by all ages but some may need help reading it. Show more Show less
